I am Gary Lichtenstein, principal of Quality Evaluation Designs (QED), a firm I founded in 1996. QED specializes in education research, evaluation, and program development. My clients are K-12 school districts, non-profit organizations, government agencies, and higher education institutions nationwide.
I have over 30 years’ experience in program development, evaluation, and research, mostly in education, but in other fields as well. With a deep background in design and implementation of programs, I understand and honor challenges faced by principal investigators and project staff striving to incarnate great ideas on the ground.
My strengths lie in multi-method research and evaluation design, mixed-methods data analysis, project management, and problem solving. I am QED’s only employee. I hire subject area expert consultants as needed, which adds relevance and credibility to the work. The company is administratively efficient and methodologically nimble. More clients’ dollars go into producing outstanding deliverables.
Quality Evaluation Designs specializes in projects that require a personal touch, or that focus on difficult to assess contexts. Recommendations are specific and actionable. I am proud of QED’s national reputation for delivering high quality results on time and on budget.
I invite you to take a few minutes to look at QED Services, read client endorsements, and learn more about me and QED. If you’re interested, please contact me.
I look forward to working with you.
